- Exercise: Exercising is the best thing you can possibly do ever. It helps you stay limber and shed those excess pounds. If you want to stay in good shape you should exercise for at least one hour a day. Some ways you can exercise effectively are jogging, running, walking, biking, playing sports, and swimming.
